📋 Description

• Provide day-to-day legal support to commercial, marketing, and functional teams • Serve as a first-line reviewer and issue spotter for routine commercial and operational matters • Support marketing and claims review activities, coordinating closely with Regulatory, Quality, Intellectual Property, Privacy, and Compliance partners • Assist in supporting contracting-related matters, working with lawyers and cross-functional stakeholders • Maintain and enhance legal processes, templates, and guidance materials • Deliver training and guidance to business stakeholders on legal processes • Support lawyers in the Dental Solutions and Health Information Systems businesses • Manage priorities across multiple workflows

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher, OR a diploma, or professional certification in Paralegal Studies or a related discipline • Minimum of seven (7) years of experience working in a legal, compliance, regulatory, contracts, or corporate legal support environment • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a legal specialist, senior paralegal, or comparable legal support role within a corporate, legal, compliance, regulatory, or similar environment • Experience supporting claims review, marketing review, contract administration, or operational legal processes • Strong judgment and ability to identify, assess, and appropriately escalate legal and compliance risks • Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
