📋 Description

• Leading end-to-end change management for transformation initiatives, ensuring strong adoption, readiness, and sustainment outcomes • Translating enterprise change strategy into actionable, people-focused plans aligned to program objectives • Partnering with program teams, functional leaders, and stakeholders to guide teams through change and drive business readiness • Assessing change impacts, risks, and organizational readiness, and executing mitigation strategies based on data and feedback • Designing and delivering communication and engagement strategies that clearly articulate employee impact and enable leader effectiveness

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher • 4–6 years of experience in change management, organizational development, or a related field • Experience supporting change initiatives in complex, cross-functional environments • Demonstrated ability to translate transformation objectives into practical employee impacts and actions • Experience conducting impact assessments, readiness evaluations, and change effectiveness tracking • Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills • Prosci certification or equivalent change management methodology experience • Ability to influence outcomes without direct authority in a matrixed environment • Proven experience working across large-scale transformation programs
