📋 Description

• Building full market knowledge at regional level of the ICS to support shaping the Solventum Med Surg business strategy • Identifying, establishing, and maintaining professional relationships with the NHS at a regional level • Representing MedSurg as a trusted Business Partner to the NHS • Ensuring high levels of visibility within the NHS at senior / executive stakeholder level • Responsible for regional customer partner relationships to develop initial growth and ongoing nurturing to deliver commercial success • Leading the ICS commercial collaborations to maximise profitable growth and drive business success

🎯 Requirements

• Degree level qualification preferably in a Medical, Scientific or Business discipline • Advanced experience in Wound care / MedTech Market • Proven experience of interacting and influencing senior decision makers within the Health Care market • Experience/ability to manage key accounts & opportunities through professional customer relationship management process & application • Strong commercial skills including contract negotiations and proposal / business case submissions • Fluent in English both written and verbal
