📋 Description

• Assist with project reporting, including preparing summaries, dashboards, or leadership updates • Coordinate project activities, track milestones, and follow up on action items with cross-functional teams • Maintain project plans, task trackers, meeting notes, status updates, and documentation • Identify risks, blockers, or delays and escalate them appropriately • Comfort working with stakeholders across multiple teams to gather information, clarify needs, and support timely execution

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 7 years of experience supporting project coordination, project management, business operations, IT operations, compliance, security, or related functions. • Experience coordinating project activities, including meeting management, action item tracking, project schedules, status reporting, and documentation. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and document management platforms such as SharePoint. • Experience managing multiple projects, priorities, deadlines, and stakeholder requests in a fast-paced environment. • Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience documenting decisions, tracking deliverables, and supporting cross-functional teams.
