📋 Description

• Performing system administration activities, including coordinating and managing the post-go live configuration of applications and interfaces • Analyzing workflows while complying policies, procedures and constraints of assigned clients • Performing escalated analysis, troubleshooting, testing, and issue resolution in support of multiple clients for supported applications • Monitoring of the network, servers, cloud, and applications to ensure full availability and optimum performance daily • Utilizing software tools and logs to monitor network and system health • Assuring technical support problem resolution related to applications and infrastructure through cooperative relationship with the support and Managed Cloud Services teams • Performing system maintenance tasks including application and operating system updates etc. • Willingness to be on-call

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) • Travel: Up to 10% • Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status)
