📋 Description

• Lead Change Management Strategy: Design and implement change strategies aligned with business objectives. • Executive Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders across functions. • Risk & Readiness Assessment: Conduct impact analyses and readiness evaluations to identify potential risks. • Coaching & Strategic Advisory: Provide coaching to senior leaders and act as a strategic advisor on transformation initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher AND (twelve) 12 years of change management or transformation/or Project management experience. • Prosci certification or equivalent required with demonstrated experience implementing Prosci methodology or equivalent across various organizational contexts. • Understanding of organizational development theories and principles, with emphasis on systems thinking. • Proven track record of successful change management initiatives and working collaboratively in cross-functional teams, preference on global organizations and enterprise-wide transformations.
