• Manage stakeholder relationships across various functions and geographies in Solventum • Drive strategic cross functional/geographic projects for the organization • Coordinate with internal and external parties to execute against project plans and timelines • Assist with ad hoc requests from key stakeholders as needed
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent • 6 years of project/program management skills • Experience driving cross functional initiatives impacting multiple geographies • Medical device manufacturing company experience • Strong interpersonal skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Strong analytical skills and business acumen • Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status
