📋 Description

• The Bid Coordinator is responsible for supporting the estimating team through exceptional administrative coordination. • Ensures seamless bid preparation, submission, and tracking processes while maintaining the highest standards of organization and efficiency. • Review emails and organize them based on bid dates. • Upload mechanical drawings and specifications. • Ensure all RFPs are processed internally in a timely manner and comply with submission requirements. • Manage bid submission deadlines and maintain detailed tracking systems.
