• Apoyar la precisión de datos y flujos de trabajo en el CRM • Facilitar la alineación entre ventas, marketing y éxito del cliente mediante documentación estructurada. • Asegurar que las herramientas estén alineadas con las necesidades del negocio. • Monitorear y apoyar el pipeline de ventas. • Preparar reportes y dashboards para liderazgo. • Gestionar documentación de clientes (contratos, órdenes de servicio, etc.). • Coordinar integraciones con plataformas como Calendly, DocuSign, Mailchimp. • Apoyar en la resolución de problemas básicos de conexión entre plataformas. • Colaborar en procesos de onboarding y documentación interna. • Asistir en la coordinación de agendas para liderazgo.
• Inglés avanzado, cómodo comunicándose con liderazgo y equipos diversos • Proactivo, organizado y con ganas de aportar en un entorno colaborativo. • Familiaridad con herramientas digitales y disposición para aprender nuevos sistemas. • Experiencia en soporte administrativo u operaciones.
