• Atender llamadas de proveedores de servicio de manera rápida, amigable y eficiente • Resolver dudas sobre trabajos y asistencia con la aplicación Urgently • Gestionar problemas complejos escalándolos al equipo de Red cuando sea necesario • Negociar tarifas adicionales y realizar investigaciones sobre solicitudes específicas • Desescalar clientes molestos mediante escucha empática y soluciones beneficiosas
🎯 Requirements
• Inglés B2 • 6 meses de experiencia en customer service • Actitud positiva y proactiva • Habilidades comunicativas y escritas • Disponibilidad 24/7 con turnos rotativos
