• Atender llamadas entrantes de pacientes • Procesar referidos médicos y solicitudes de citas • Agendar citas según disponibilidad de los proveedores y políticas internas • Confirmar, reprogramar o cancelar citas según sea necesario • Brindar información clara sobre los servicios ofrecidos
🎯 Requirements
• Inglés avanzado (nivel 9.0 a 10.0) y español fluido • Experiencia en atención al cliente o roles administrativos (preferiblemente en salud) • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y organización • Capacidad para trabajar de forma autónoma y manejar múltiples tareas • Estudios universitarios (mínimo nivel profesional)
