• Responder de inmediato a nuevos leads, realizar evaluaciones completas y gestionar el proceso de sign-up • Manejar aproximadamente 20 casos activos (no litigación), incluyendo configuración de reclamos (PIP, MedPay) • Cartas de representación, solicitud y organización de registros médicos • Resolución de problemas de gravámenes (Medicare, Medicaid, seguros) • Mantener registros precisos en Filevine, redactar correspondencia profesional y comunicarse eficazmente con clientes, abogados y aseguradoras
• Experiencia en el área legal con empresas de EE.UU. (lesiones personales, accidentes de auto y responsabilidad de locales) • Inglés nivel C1 (oral y escrito) • 1–3 años de experiencia en firma legal de lesiones personales en EE.UU. • Manejo completo de casos desde intake hasta acuerdo • Dominio de Filevine y herramientas tecnológicas • Bilingüe inglés/español (nivel C1 en inglés) • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y organización
