• Monitor email communications including handling calls promptly and professionally • Provide administrative assistance to the Compliance team to help maintain the organization's overall good standing with regulatory requirements • Support the Compliance team with business licensing and compliance documents, filings, resolving issues, and ensuring the Company adheres to applicable state laws, regulations, and internal policies • Assist with internal and state required audits and prepare the necessary documentation • Complete projects and other duties as assigned by the supervisor • Perform other administrative duties as assigned
• Proficient in typing at a speed of 40 words per minute • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Skilled in data analysis • Effective team player with the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks efficiently • Have strong business acumen • Strong technical, time management, and organizational skills • Highly motivated with a strong work ethic • Proficient in both written and verbal communication to effectively correspond with regulators, team members, and Compliance leaders • Adaptable to change when changes occur internally including external regulations and compliance requirements the company must adhere to • High School Diploma is enough • Approximately one year of experience working with Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook) or any related field.
