📋 Description

• Coordinar y planificar actividades de mantenimiento en los sitios de nuestros clientes. • Supervisar mantenimiento rutinario y extraordinario, servicios generales y proveedores externos. • Garantizar el cumplimiento de normativas de seguridad. • Gestionar proveedores para asegurar calidad y puntualidad. • Analizar datos para identificar oportunidades de optimización de procesos y costos. • Coordinar con equipos internos y asegurar cumplimiento de plazos, presupuestos y estándares.

🎯 Requirements

• Experiencia mínima de 2 años en roles similares (preferible en retail). • Habilidades analíticas avanzadas y manejo de software de Facility Management. • Inglés avanzado C1 (oral y escrito). • Excelentes habilidades organizativas, interpersonales y de liderazgo. • Título universitario en Ingeniería, Arquitectura o áreas técnicas relacionadas.
