📋 Description
• Gestionar proyectos de fachadas de principio a fin • Analizar planos y especificaciones • Estimar costos y preparar propuestas • Colaborar con arquitectos, ingenieros y clientes • Supervisar presupuestos, cronogramas y calidad • Liderar el proceso de shop drawings • Identificar y mitigar riesgos • Mantener documentación precisa • Ser el contacto principal con el cliente
🎯 Requirements
• Más de 5 años en gestión de proyectos de fachadas • Habilidades en diseño y resolución de problemas • Experiencia con AutoCAD, Revit es una ventaja • Título en Ingeniería, Arquitectura o campo afín • Dominio de herramientas de gestión y Microsoft Office • Disposición para aprender y crecer con el equipo
