• Interpretar conversaciones telefónicas o virtuales entre hablantes de inglés y español • Garantizar una traducción precisa, fluida y culturalmente adecuada • Mantener la confidencialidad y profesionalismo en cada interacción • Documentar información relevante cuando sea necesario • Adaptarse a distintos contextos: salud, seguros, soporte técnico, entre otros
