• Handle ~100 inbound reception calls daily • Perform data entry tasks with accuracy • Be cross-trained for new intakes & “reject with love” calls
🎯 Requirements
• 2+ years of consistent remote work experience • Background in sales or client services • Strong English communication skills (C1 level required) • Fast typing skills – you’ll speak and type simultaneously! • Detail-oriented, adaptable, and a natural problem solver • Tech-savvy and comfortable with changing tools and procedures
