📋 Description
• Redactar y editar cartas de apoyo , secciones de méritos y narrativas de evidencia. • Organizar, analizar y citar documentación de respaldo. • Elaborar respuestas a RFEs y NOIDs de USCIS. • Aplicar criterios probatorios consistentes según el tipo de beneficio migratorio. • Gestionar cronogramas, prioridades y retroalimentación del equipo legal. • Comunicarse con clientes tanto en inglés como en español .
🎯 Requirements
• Excelentes habilidades de redacción en inglés B2+ C1. • Mínimo 1 año de experiencia en roles similares: Paralegal Legal Analyst. • Deseable (No excluyente) Experiencia previa en inmigración o redacción legal. • Haber trabajado en despachos jurídicos o entornos legales.
