• Proporcionar servicios de atención telefónica remota. • Ayudar a los clientes a reservar reuniones. • Responder preguntas y dirigir las llamadas a la persona adecuada. • Filtrar llamadas de clientes según las instrucciones. • Gestionar múltiples llamadas simultáneamente cuando sea necesario. • Completar cuestionarios de ingreso de clientes. • Programar salas de conferencias y ordenar catering según sea necesario. • Programar citas con clientes.
• Tener una actitud profesional y equilibrada. • Impecables habilidades de comunicación, tanto escritas como orales. • Capacidad para aprender nuevos conceptos rápidamente. • Atención meticulosa al detalle. • Sólida experiencia en entrada de datos y correo electrónico. • Fuertes habilidades informáticas actuales; Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft 365 Apps. • Capacidad para trabajar con diferentes personalidades. • Ser autodisciplinado/a y capaz de trabajar con poca supervisión. • Excelentes habilidades de multitarea y gestión del tiempo. • Habilidades excepcionales de servicio al cliente y etiqueta telefónica. • Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en asistente administrativo o recepcionista bilingue.
