📋 Description
• Gestionar procesos completos de reclutamiento (end-to-end) • Diseñar estrategias para atraer talento de alta calidad • Realizar entrevistas, selección y onboarding • Crear e implementar programas de retención y engagement • Hacer seguimiento a nuevos empleados para asegurar su adaptación • Coordinar entrenamientos y planes de desarrollo • Monitorear desempeño y brindar feedback constructivo • Mantener actualizada la base de datos de talento • Colaborar con líderes para mejorar la experiencia del empleado
🎯 Requirements
• 1–3 años de experiencia en reclutamiento masivo (ideal: sector salud/homecare + mercado USA) • Profesional en RRHH, Administración o carreras afines (obligatorio) • Inglés avanzado (C1) con excelente comunicación • Habilidades en retención de talento y engagement • Manejo de herramientas HR y paquete Office • Alta organización y capacidad multitarea • Actitud proactiva, dinámica y orientada a resultados
