• Manage full-cycle recruitment processes • Source and attract candidates across different channels • Conduct initial screenings in English • Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates and hiring managers • Maintain pipelines and update ATS systems
🎯 Requirements
• 1–3 years of recruiting experience • Advanced English level (C1 required) • Experience recruiting for roles in Legal, Healthcare, Marketing, Customer Support, or similar verticals • Hands-on experience with ATS platforms
