• Gestionar procesos de reclutamiento de ciclo completo • Buscar y atraer candidatos a través de diferentes canales • Realizar screenings iniciales en inglés • Coordinar entrevistas y seguimientos con candidatos y gerentes de contratación • Mantener pipelines y actualizar sistemas ATS
🎯 Requirements
• 1–3 años de experiencia en reclutamiento • Nivel de inglés avanzado (C1 requerido) • Experiencia en reclutamiento de roles en Legal, Healthcare, Marketing, Customer Support o verticales similares • Experiencia práctica con plataformas ATS
