• Gestionar procesos de reclutamiento de principio a fin (end-to-end) • Publicar vacantes y manejar requisiciones • Sourcinar talento (especialmente perfiles difíciles o niche) • Filtrar candidatos y coordinar entrevistas • Mantener comunicación constante con candidatos y hiring managers • Usar LinkedIn Recruiter diariamente para construir pipelines de calidad • Optimizar job descriptions para atraer mejores candidatos • Hacer seguimiento de procesos en ATS (ADP) y herramientas como Asana
• Mínimo 1–3 años de experiencia como Recruiter • Inglés avanzado C1 • Experiencia sólida en LinkedIn Recruiter (Indispensable) • Experiencia en full-cycle recruitment • Fuerte en sourcing (no solo inbound) • Experiencia con ATS y herramientas de reclutamiento
