• Contact inbound leads within 15 minutes • Qualify leads and schedule calls for closers • Keep CRM (Go High Level preferred) updated with detailed notes • Follow up via phone, email & social media • Light social media prospecting • Collaborate with leadership for training & growth • Hit weekly appointment goals • Track activity and improve call-to-book ratios
• 1+ year of proven sales experience (B2B or high-ticket preferred) • Strong English communication skills (written & spoken) • CRM experience (Go High Level or similar) • Confident phone presence & objection handling • Detail-oriented with strong follow-up habits • Self-driven & independent • Coachable & eager to grow • Competitive mindset (sports or performance-based background is a plus!)
