📋 Description
• Source and recruit telecom professionals, including: • Fiber Technicians (FTTH, FTTP) • Cable Technicians (Coax, DOCSIS) • Fiber Splicers & Linemen or Network Engineers • Construction Crews & Project Managers • Use multiple sourcing channels (LinkedIn, Indeed, industry groups, referrals, job boards) • Conduct initial candidate screenings and technical assessments • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified telecom candidates nationwide • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients • Manage candidate experience from outreach through placement • Track recruiting activity and maintain accurate records in ATS/CRM systems • Stay current on telecom industry trends, certifications, and workforce needs
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of recruiting experience (telecom, construction, or technical recruiting strongly preferred) • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or similar platforms • Fiber buildouts (OSP/ISP) • Broadband or wireless infrastructure projects • English C1
