📋 Description

• Respond to customer inquiries via chat in a professional, timely, and customer-focused manner • Assist customers with product purchases, order status requests, service inquiries, and general support needs • Troubleshoot customer issues and provide accurate solutions while ensuring customer satisfaction • Maintain a high level of service quality in all customer interactions • Stay updated on products, policies, procedures, and industry trends • Collaborate with Quality Analysts, Trainers, Team Leads, and Managers to meet performance goals and continuously improve skills • Follow communication guidelines and utilize approved chat templates • Accurately document customer interactions in internal systems and databases • Adhere to schedules, productivity expectations, and performance metrics • Maintain professionalism, empathy, and courtesy during customer interactions

🎯 Requirements

• English proficiency: C1 or higher • French proficiency: C1 or higher • Previous experience in customer service, customer support, call center, chat support, or a similar customer-facing role • Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail • Ability to work independently in a remote environment • Comfortable using multiple software platforms and customer service tools simultaneously • Reliable internet connection and a suitable home office setup • Full schedule availability required • Familiarity with CRM or customer service management systems (preferred) • Experience providing support through live chat (preferred) • Previous experience working in a fast-paced customer service environment (preferred) • Bachillerato / Educación Media
