📋 Description

• Develop and execute our social media content strategy across Twitter/X and LinkedIn • Create compelling content (tweets, threads, posts) that drives engagement and grows our audience • Shape our brand narrative and positioning in the Web3 ecosystem • Collaborate closely with our content writer to align social strategy with blogs and email campaign • Stay on top of Web3 trends, conversations, and culture to keep us relevant • Build and maintain our content calendar • Analyze performance and iterate on what works • Come up with social media and community campaigns to boost engagement, grow reach and smart followers

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5+ years of social media experience with proven results growing accounts and effective content strategy • Can demonstrate strategic thinking - you understand the "why" behind content, not just the "what" • Are deeply familiar with Web3/crypto culture and communities • Have B2B experience, ideally in tech or Web2 • Can write engaging copy that balances brand voice with virality • Are comfortable working independently while collaborating with our content team • Have a portfolio showing your strategic and creative work • Can work in a very fast paced environment
