📋 Description

• Map current marketing and sales workflows and identify high-leverage opportunities to automate, connect or rethink • Design, build and run go-to-market infrastructure, including data pipelines, integrations, APIs and AI agents • Architect reliable agentic systems with clear goals, verification, stopping conditions, explicit state, handoffs and human checkpoints • Maintain HubSpot as the single source of truth for contacts, owners, next steps and conversation context • Design signal-based account research and prioritization for the US market • Automate and accelerate SEO, website operations, content production, reporting and design workflows • Evaluate existing tools, recommend new purchases with clear costs and expected returns, and build custom solutions when needed • Create templates, documentation and training so the team can operate and extend systems independently • Work entirely behind the scenes without speaking to prospects or clients • Improve manual-work reduction, HubSpot health, pipeline conversion, workflow adoption and system reliability

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in software, AI or GTM engineering, including developing systems, infrastructure or platforms for sales teams • Strong programming skills in Python or TypeScript/JavaScript • Solid system design experience covering APIs, data models, pipelines and production integrations • Ability to work autonomously without support from the engineering team • Hands-on experience building with LLMs in production, including agents, tool use and MCP, orchestration, loop engineering, graph engineering, evaluation and monitoring • Portfolio of real systems built for revenue teams, such as AI agents, data and enrichment pipelines, or CRM architecture in HubSpot • Commercial judgment and ability to evaluate workflows based on deal impact or time savings • Knowledge of marketing and sales operations, including SEO, web operations, pipeline and CRM, is a plus • Fluent written and spoken English
