📋 Description

• Lead Somnio Software’s transition into an AI-First Software Factory • Drive the AI Department and define how the company works, sells, and delivers value • Evolve the software development lifecycle from manual coding to Spec-Driven Development • Optimize internal areas including Sales, HR, and Finance through intelligent automation • Work directly with the C-suite and Tech Leads • Keep the company’s offering at the forefront of the software industry • Transform AI complexity into competitive advantages for clients • Design and deploy autonomous agents and advanced RAG architectures • Support Sales in demonstrating superior time-to-market and innovation to close high-value projects • Build quick proofs of concept and custom integrations • Define generative user interfaces that adapt to user intent

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in the software industry • Proven track record progressing from senior technical roles (Architect/Lead) to strategic or product-oriented positions • Deep hands-on experience with OpenAI (GPT-4o/o1/o3), Anthropic (Claude 3.7/Sonnet), and DeepSeek • Understanding of trade-offs between model reasoning, latency, and costs • Proficiency in AI-native development environments including Cursor, Claude Code, and Windsurf • Ability to implement Spec-Driven Development frameworks across an organization • Proven experience designing and deploying autonomous agents and advanced RAG architectures • Mastery of LangChain, CrewAI, and Model Context Protocol (MCP) • Advanced knowledge of n8n, Make, or similar automation tools • Ability to automate complex cross-departmental business processes across Sales, HR, and Finance • Ability to translate AI concepts into concrete business cases and support Sales in closing high-value projects • Documented early-adopter mindset and awareness of major AI releases and their impact on software factory models • Full professional English fluency at C1/C2 level • Strong Python/TypeScript coding skills for PoCs or custom integrations (nice to have) • Experience with Pinecone, Weaviate, or Milvus and LangSmith or Arize Phoenix (nice to have) • Product Management experience, including defining GenUI (nice to have) • Experience speaking at tech events or writing technical thought-leadership content (nice to have)
