🎯 Requirements
• 8+ years of experience in the Software Industry. • Generative AI & LLM Mastery: Deep, hands-on experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, and DeepSeek. • Next-Gen DevEx: Proficiency in AI-native development environments and Spec-Driven Development frameworks. • Agentic Workflows & RAG: Proven experience designing and deploying autonomous agents and Advanced RAG architectures. • Operational Automation: Advanced knowledge of n8n, Make, or similar tools. • Strategic Presales: Ability to translate 'AI hype' into concrete business cases. • Continuous Learning: Documented 'Early Adopter' mindset. • English C1/C2: Full professional fluency.
