📋 Description
• Ensure technical excellence across the entire organization. • Support the growth and development of senior engineering talent. • Align technology decisions with the company's strategic goals. • Lead and mentor Tech Leads, setting and reinforcing technical direction. • Promote the adoption of development best practices. • Support architectural decisions, project planning, and continuous improvement initiatives across teams. • Drive technical excellence in recruitment processes. • Collaborate with the CTO to define and evolve the company’s tech roadmap.
🎯 Requirements
• 15+ years of experience in software development • 3+ years in a technical leadership role (e.g., Tech Lead, Architect, Head of Engineering) • 2+ years in a software factory environment • Advanced English Level (C1-C2) • Proven expertise in designing and implementing scalable, secure, and maintainable software architectures. • Strong knowledge of agile methodologies. • Experience in a consulting or client-facing role • Track record of mentoring senior engineers and other leaders. • Exposure to pre-sales or business development. • Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform (e.g., Google Cloud, AWS, or Azure)
