📋 Description

• Lead the technical direction and execution of high-impact frontend initiatives • Define frontend architecture and drive modernization efforts • Ensure high standards of quality, scalability, and maintainability across complex user-facing applications • Act as the technical reference point for frontend decisions and mentor engineers • Collaborate closely with Product, Backend, and Stakeholders to translate business needs into robust frontend solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Must have 10+ years of professional experience in software development, with 3+ years in technical leadership roles • Strong frontend expertise using React and/or Angular, applied to large-scale, production-grade applications • University degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields • Ability to design scalable frontend architectures, define clear boundaries, and document technical decisions • Proven experience enforcing testing strategies, code reviews, CI integration, and frontend quality standards • Ability to identify, prioritize, and plan frontend refactors without blocking delivery • Experience guiding frontend engineers, conducting technical reviews, and acting as escalation point for complex issues • Hands-on experience evolving legacy frontend codebases toward modern frameworks, patterns, and tooling • Solid knowledge of backend concepts, APIs, and system interactions to make informed frontend decisions • Nice to have English level B2 or higher, with confidence participating in technical discussions • Backend experience with PHP, Node.js, or NestJS, including API design and integration • Agile management experience, collaborating in estimations, planning, and delivery processes • Exposure to modern frontend frameworks, tools, and ecosystems, beyond the primary stack
