⢠Serve as the point of contact for sleep laboratories and office-based physicians ⢠Provide expert support to customers in the day-to-day use of the systems ⢠Commission new devices and systems at customer sites ⢠Perform maintenance and servicing ⢠Deliver clear, effective training to users ⢠Apply technical expertise, communicate clearly, and demonstrate a service-oriented approach
đŻ Requirements
⢠Completed training as a state-certified medical technician is an advantage ⢠Sound knowledge of physiology, including EEG, ECG, and related areas, is desirable ⢠Strong medical and technical understanding ⢠Confident and professional manner ⢠Strong customer and service orientation ⢠Excellent organizational skills and willingness to travel ⢠Very good PC skills and comprehensive knowledge of MS Office
