📋 Description

• Manage the pedagogical operations of the schools under your responsibility • Analyze educational data to identify opportunities for improvement and plan initiatives • Guide and train teachers in applying active learning methodologies in the classroom • Provide pedagogical support to school administrators • Prepare reports and presentations on school performance and pedagogical projects • Participate in meetings and events related to education

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Education, Pedagogy, or a related field • Postgraduate degree in Educational Management or a related field • Fluency in English (C1 or above) • Availability for frequent travel within the states of Santa Catarina and São Paulo • Active and valid Category B driver's license • Classroom teaching experience • Knowledge of pedagogical management • Educational data analysis skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office • Strong communication skills • Proactivity • Empathy • Teamwork • Adaptability
