• Prospect new clients and business opportunities; • Operate using a sales funnel model to identify and qualify clients and opportunities, focusing on meeting established targets; • Manage sales Forecast and Pipeline assertively, ensuring clear visibility of business potential and optimizing opportunity conversion; • Ensure adherence to and execution of established commercial processes, aligning with company guidelines; • Keep the CRM updated daily with plans and activities executed and to be executed; • Prepare and negotiate commercial proposals with clients with the goal of closing deals; • Deliver commercial presentations remotely (Meet, Teams, etc.) and in person (client visits); • Create an outstanding commercial customer experience by actively listening, supporting clients in their discoveries and challenges, and jointly designing technical and financially viable solution proposals; • Develop and implement corrective action plans (self-management) focused on continuously growing results and improving team performance; • Collaboratively coordinate non-commercial client requests with internal departments; • Work in close partnership with internal and support teams;
• We are looking for people with a growth mindset, courage and drive, resilience, and adaptability; • Collaborative mindset and motivated by innovation and continuous learning; • Proficiency in sales methodologies (e.g., SPIN, GPCT, BANT, Challenger Sales, mental triggers); • Proven experience using CRM, as well as in commercial processes, including lead qualification, sales funnel management, and opportunity conversion; • Entrepreneurial spirit and an ownership mindset; • Solid experience delivering an excellent Customer Experience; • Experience in complex sales and/or financial products for large enterprises; • Bachelor's degree in Sales Management and/or related fields; • Intermediate level Microsoft Office skills; • Availability to travel (within the assigned region);
