📋 Description

• Design experiences and interactions for self-service solutions and virtual assistants. • Conduct user research to identify needs, behaviors and opportunities for improvement. • Plan and facilitate workshops with clients, stakeholders and internal teams. • Define interaction flows, user journeys and information architecture. • Develop high-fidelity prototypes using Figma or similar tools. • Define visual elements, tone of voice and personality for virtual assistants. • Create digital interfaces focused on usability, accessibility and overall user experience. • Prepare functional documentation, interaction flows and UX process documentation. • Participate in the construction and evolution of the Design System. • Conduct usability tests and heuristic evaluations. • Evaluate experience metrics and propose continuous improvements together with development teams. • Work in an agile environment, collaborating with Product Owners, Developers and other stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Digital Design, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, UX Design or related fields. • Experience working as a UX Designer, Product Designer or in an equivalent role. • Technical knowledge in high-fidelity interface prototyping. • Experience with Figma or similar tools. • Experience with UX research processes. • Persona creation. • CSD matrix. • Empathy maps. • User journey mapping. • Information architecture. • Interaction flows. • Usability testing. • User-centered design. • Documentation of processes and functional specifications. • Figma. • Azure DevOps. • Agile methodologies (Scrum). • Clear and objective communication. • Teamwork. • Organization. • Autonomy. • Flexibility. • Empathy with users and clients. • Ability to facilitate and run workshops. • Analytical thinking and problem-solving focus.
