📋 Description
• Maintenance and support of PC hardware and software: desktops, laptops, and servers.
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum: completed technical high school diploma in Computer Science/IT or related fields. • Higher education in Technology preferred (completed or in progress). • Experience servicing thermal printers, including Zebra models. • Proficiency with Windows 10, disk imaging/OS deployment and reinstallation, and knowledge of Microsoft Office. • Knowledge of client-server networks, structured cabling for organization, diagnostics and maintenance; basic understanding of routers and switches for remote-hands tasks. • Familiarity with service routines and procedures to meet SLAs. • Ability to manage spare parts/stock inventory and backups. • Mandatory: valid driver's license (CNH) and personal car for travel (mileage reimbursement). Motorcycles are not accepted. • Availability to work day shifts on a 12x36 rotation or 8x5 (business hours), with possible on-call duty outside regular hours.
