📋 Description

• Perform corrective and preventive maintenance, installation, and relocation of multi-function and multi-brand printers. • Provide computer support and, when necessary, perform Remote Hands activities. • Respond to field service calls, ensuring SLAs are met and records are kept up to date. • Document service calls with technical reports, photographic evidence, and client approval. • Escalate to N3 Support for analysis and replacement of parts when necessary. • Manage inventory of parts and equipment under your responsibility. • Attend technical training and follow company procedures. • Track travel expenses and take care of the vehicle used for field activities.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience providing in-field user support. • Basic knowledge of electrical/electronic systems, computers, and networking fundamentals. • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Availability for frequent travel and on-site assignments. • Valid Class B driver's license (or equivalent). • Garage or secure parking at home to store the vehicle if provided by the company. • Commitment to company safety standards and procedures.
