📋 Description
• Maintenance and support for microcomputer hardware and software: desktops, laptops, and servers.
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum: technical high school diploma in IT or related fields. • Higher education in Technology preferred (completed or in progress). • Experience servicing thermal printers, including Zebra models. • Proficient in Windows 10, system imaging/OS deployment, and Microsoft Office. • Knowledge of client-server networks and structured cabling for organization, diagnostics and support; basic understanding of routers and switches for remote-hands tasks. • Familiarity with support routines and workflows to meet SLAs. • Ability to manage parts/components kits and inventory, and handle backups. • Mandatory for this role: valid driver’s license (CNH) and personal car for travel (mileage reimbursement); motorcycles are not accepted. • Availability to work either 12x36 (12-hour/36-hour rotation) daytime shifts or 8x5 (business hours), with the possibility of on-call duty outside regular hours.
