📋 Description
• Design and launch high-converting landing pages and marketing funnels • Create visual assets for ads, campaigns, and brand communication • Optimize checkout and onboarding flows for maximum conversion • Write and refine UI copy to guide users and support product messaging • Translate ideas into prototypes and polished user interfaces (Figma to code) • Implement your designs using React, TypeScript, and CSS • Collaborate closely with marketing to ensure consistent branding and messaging • Work independently, take ownership of quality, and iterate quickly based on feedback
🎯 Requirements
• Proficiency in English (C1+) • Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX, landing pages, and responsive web design • Ability to implement designs in code (JavaScript, TypeScript, React) • Deep experience with Figma, GitHub, CSS/HTML • Demonstrated ability to design and ship complete flows from idea to launch • Structured thinking, strong sense for user behavior and visual hierarchy • Background in marketing, content creation, or copywriting (nice to have) • Experience in the healthtech industry (nice to have) • Degree in Interface/Product Design or similar (less graphic/print) (nice to have) • Personal website or online portfolio with live examples (nice to have) • Experience working in or with startups or on smaller, fast-paced projects (nice to have) • Proficiency in German (C1+) (nice to have)
