📋 Description

• Performance Creative Design high-converting landing pages focusing on user experience and conversion optimization, ideally in WordPress or a comparable CMS • Create static, motion, and video creatives for Meta, Google, YouTube, Native Advertising, and other performance marketing channels • Develop creative variations for A/B testing and support rapid creative iteration • Integrate AI tools into the creative production process (image generation, video, copy support, automation) • Continuously evaluate new AI tools and identify opportunities to improve creative workflows • Help reduce manual production effort through templates, automation, and scalable systems • Create and maintain reusable design systems, templates, and marketing assets across multiple markets • Support creative asset management and scalable workflows • Ensure creative consistency while enabling efficient localization across different geographies • Work closely with marketers, copywriters, product teams; Bring proactive ideas for improving creative performance, workflows, and production efficiency; Support the team in testing new creative concepts and emerging technologies

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent in English (written and spoken), German is a big plus • 4+ years of experience in digital design, performance marketing • Strong portfolio demonstrating high-performing landing pages and performance marketing creatives • Experience with WordPress (or another modern CMS) for landing page implementation • Excellent knowledge of Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and motion design tools • Experience with AI-powered creative tools (e.g. Claude, ChatGPT, Runway, ElevenLabs, Adobe Firefly, or similar) • Good understanding of CRO, UX/UI principles, responsive design, and digital marketing • Structured, proactive, and comfortable working independently with an attention to detail • Nice to Have: Experience with Smartly, Adobe Creative Suite, creative automation platforms; Understanding of performance marketing metrics and creative testing; Experience building scalable creative workflows; Basic HTML/CSS knowledge; Experience working in international, multi-market organizations; Creative Agency background
