📋 Description

• Plan and run personal business portfolio/territory and achieve forecasted sales goals while preserving acceptable gross profit levels • Plan and execute sales and funnel-building activities to ensure sales satisfaction and growth of the Sony Biotechnology portfolio • Provide forecasts, reports, marketing intelligence, and information to the business • Develop existing and new customers through appropriate propositions • Maintain sales activities in Salesforce (CRM) • Plan, carry out, and support local marketing activities within agreed budgets and timescales • Integrate personal sales efforts with product launches, promotions, advertising, exhibitions, and telemarketing • Monitor and report on market and competitor activities • Sell Sony's portfolio of flow cytometry instruments and related solutions • Manage complex sales cycles and deliver sustainable revenue growth • Develop new business opportunities and grow existing customer relationships across the assigned territory

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in flow cytometry and cell sorting • Strong experience selling flow cytometry capital equipment • Experience handling complex, consultative sales processes • Deep technical knowledge of flow cytometry • Established network within the flow cytometry and life sciences research community • Demonstrated ability to generate new business and consistently exceed sales targets • Fluent English and French, written and spoken • Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned territory
