• About Us • Sophos is a global leader and innovator of advanced security solutions for defeating cyberattacks. • Role Summary • We are seeking a detail-oriented, analytically strong Manager of Financial Analysis to join our Revenue Strategy & Planning team. • You will help deliver accurate and insightful ARR forecasting, build dashboards, and streamline reporting processes to support business decisions across the organization.
🎯 Requirements
• Experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Strategic Finance, Revenue Operations, or a similar role in a SaaS or high-growth environment • Familiarity with SaaS metrics (ARR, NRR, CAC, LTV, churn, retention) • Experience with BI and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) • Experience with SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and validation • Advanced proficiency in Excel for modeling and analysis • Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into actionable insights • Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred. • Experience working with data warehouse platforms preferred (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, or Fabric) • Experience with ETL and data prep tools preferred (e.g., Matillion, Alteryx, or Power Query)
