📋 Description

• Take ownership of our backend stack, building applications, and overseeing end-to-end development. • Collaborate with design, product, and growth teams to fully understand the product vision and requirements. • Manage significant portions of the product, keeping all stakeholders informed with regular updates. • Create and manage roadmaps for your domain, preparing tasks for sprints, presenting KPIs during bi-weekly meetings, and assisting in the interview process as the engineering team expands.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience in GoLang and cloud platforms (AWS preferred). • Proven ability to design architecture and develop logic tailored to business needs. • Leadership capabilities for overseeing the backend development team and collaborating on architectural designs. • Commitment to best practices in software and security. • Contributions to cloud-based systems architecture. • Active participation in fostering a positive company culture.
