📋 Description

• Develop and implement PMO best practices, methodologies, and standards across the organization • Provide guidance and support to project managers and teams to ensure consistent project delivery • Establish and maintain project portfolio management processes, including project prioritization and resource allocation • Create and maintain project management templates, tools, and documentation • Conduct regular project health checks and performance assessments • Analyze project data and generate insightful reports for senior management • Identify areas for process improvement and lead optimization initiatives • Facilitate project status meetings and ensure effective communication among stakeholders • Manage project risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies as needed • Support the development and training of project management staff

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification preferred • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management or PMO roles • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall • Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project and Jira • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams • Demonstrated experience in project portfolio management and resource allocation • Proven track record in process improvement and standardization • Experience in risk management and mitigation strategies • Ability to analyze complex data and generate clear, actionable reports • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail • Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
