📋 Description

• Maintain a comprehensive, forward-looking events calendar for both the Middle and High School in coordination with leadership • Proactively identify upcoming events and flag them to the relevant leadership teams well in advance • Help ensure all events are on the radar of faculty and students with appropriate lead time for preparation • Track deadlines, deliverables, and action items for each event from planning through execution, keeping leadership informed throughout • Create polished slide decks for event briefings, planning sessions, and leadership review meetings • Draft and send calendar invites to relevant stakeholders for all scheduled events • Organize and maintain a centralized repository of event materials for easy team access • Prepare agendas and recap notes for events-related meetings • Support students and faculty in creating and managing Schoolspace events for major milestones such as prom and homecoming • Serve as a helpful point of contact for event logistics questions from students and staff, escalating to leadership as needed • Help coordinate volunteer or participant sign-ups and RSVPs as needed • Attend regular check-ins with Middle and High School leadership teams to align on upcoming events and priorities • Present event timelines and slide decks for leadership review and feedback • Follow up on action items and decisions from leadership meetings promptly

🎯 Requirements

• Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail • Clear written communication skills — comfortable writing for both student and faculty audiences • Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Calendar, Sheets) • Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment while staying closely connected to a team • Ability to plan, anticipate needs, and take initiative without being prompted • Reliable, responsive, and consistent in meeting deadlines • Prior experience in event planning, student government, or a school or office administrative role • Familiarity with virtual school platforms or learning management systems • Experience creating presentations for professional or academic audiences • Genuine interest in education, school culture, or community building
