📋 Description
• Lead product strategy for Sortly's product lines including inventory management, replenishment, and product-led growth optimization • Build and lead a team of product managers across core product areas • Partner with engineering, design, sales, and customer success to deliver cohesive product experiences • Transform customer feedback and market insights into product strategy and feature prioritization • Establish product development processes, metrics, and frameworks for decision-making • Collaborate with GTM teams to ensure product-market fit across customer segments
🎯 Requirements
• 10+ years in product management experience • Minimum of 3 years in leadership experience (Director or above) at B2B SaaS company • Proven history of successfully launching new products from concept to market • Ability to work closely with engineering teams on complex technical product decisions • Experience balancing short-term execution with long-term product vision • Track record of using customer insights to drive product decisions
