📋 Description
• Manage relationships with clients, teams, and project stakeholders • Develop plans and methodologies to foster healthy and transparent relationships among all parties • Achieve proposed objectives and ensure scope delivery • Safeguard the project’s financial health and support the long-term growth and retention of the client relationship • Ensure the quality, accuracy, and satisfaction of deliverables in accordance with schedules, processes, standards, and best practices • Strengthen and enhance the partnership with Salesforce • Support employees and develop career plans • Adjust task complexity according to the position’s seniority level
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field • Advanced English proficiency • Experience managing CRM or ERP projects • Relevant certifications • Salesforce certifications are desirable
