📋 Description

• Manage projects from approval through implementation by overseeing product and project scope, schedule, costs/investments, changes, risks and lessons learned. • Keep project documentation up to date by maintaining project schedules, the project site and approved project documentation using project management tools. • Ensure that involved areas deliver to meet project objectives — cost and schedule — by holding team huddles, support-chain meetings, escalations and presentations, using the Project Management Model. • Remove project impediments by working with internal areas and decision-makers whenever there is a technical barrier to progress or anything that would make the project unviable, seeking effective solutions to keep the project moving forward. • Report and communicate project progress by providing continuous visibility of projects to stakeholders and corporate objectives. • Promote continuous improvement of processes by supplying information, knowledge and examples during reviews of workflows and processes of interfacing areas and in standard project documentation, contributing to ongoing enhancement of our processes and projects. • Promote an effective communication plan among cell members, the alliances consultant and external partners to facilitate sharing of technical information and the company’s strategic objectives, contributing to project growth and innovation; and perform other duties relevant to the role.

🎯 Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, International Relations, Pharmacy or related fields. • Languages: Advanced to fluent English — required. • Experience: Proven experience in project management, partnerships or strategic alliances; practical experience with project management methodologies (e.g., PMBOK, Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Prince2, Six Sigma, CPM, etc.).
