• Responsible for developing and executing a robust fundraising strategy tailored to SOULCHI's objectives and market positioning. • Identify and engage with potential investors such as angel investors and venture capitalists. • Craft compelling pitch decks and executive summaries. • Coach the founding team on effective pitch delivery. • Leverage established network and cultivate new relationships within the investment community. • Guide SOULCHI through due diligence processes and negotiations to secure favorable funding terms. • Conduct market research and analysis to validate SOULCHI's value proposition.
• Proven track record of successfully raising pre-seed or early-stage funding for startups, with verifiable past achievements. • Established network of angel investors, venture capitalists, and other potential funding sources. • In-depth understanding of the startup ecosystem and investment landscape. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively. • Strong analytical skills to evaluate market conditions, competition, and startup viability. • Effective execution of fundraising activities. • Proven ability to negotiate investment terms and conditions.
