• Welcome to the forefront of transformational change at SOULCHI. • Join a journey to shape a more harmonious and sustainable world. • As our UX Researcher, you will support conducting user research studies. • Assist in planning and executing qualitative and quantitative user research studies. • Help create research materials such as screeners, discussion guides, and surveys. • Participate in moderating and leading research sessions. • Assist in analyzing research data to identify patterns, insights, and actionable recommendations. • Support the synthesis of research findings into clear reports and presentations. • Help create personas, journey maps, and other deliverables to communicate research insights. • Assist in recruiting research participants and managing logistics for research sessions.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Psychology, Human-Computer Interaction, Sociology, Anthropology). • 1+ years of experience in UX research or a related field (internships and academic projects considered). • Basic understanding of UX research methodologies and tools. • Strong organizational and time management skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Detail-oriented with a passion for understanding user needs and behaviors. • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. • Proficiency in using standard research and productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Qualtrics, Figma).
