📋 Description

• Build and maintain responsive, high-fidelity web applications using React and TypeScript • Design and implement technical logic and schemas powering the core platform • Translate multifaceted domain requirements into structured, scalable technical configurations • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve frontend bugs and support issues • Own the technical setup for new accounts and align platform logic and data structures with user-specific requirements • Develop internal workflows and tools for different clinical settings • Monitor platform health and implement frontend optimizations to improve speed and reliability • Collaborate with technical and non-technical team members

🎯 Requirements

• 2-3 years of software engineering experience focusing on modern frontend frameworks (React preferred) • Strong proficiency in TypeScript and JavaScript • Experience managing complex application state and data flows • Familiarity with modern CSS frameworks (Tailwind, etc.) and responsive design • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, remote startup environment • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with both technical and non-technical team members • Bonus: Hands-on experience with prompt engineering to refine and validate structured AI outputs • Bonus: Experience contributing to and navigating large, distributed frontend architectures • Bonus: Proven ability to improve speed and efficiency in data-intensive applications • Bonus: Familiarity with automated testing and modular component design • Bonus: Experience building admin dashboards or automation scripts
